The prime feature of political form is government. Anarchy denotes the absence of government and denotes political order without political constitution and political form. Anarchy is an extremely fragile, prone to sudden creation of oppositions along friend vs. enemy lines of demarcation. When polity approaches anarchy the security dilemma becomes intense, and interdependencies very concrete. At times the global political condition is understood as anarchic; in the global society of states each polity basically has the interest of survival hence will display propensity to maximize their peerceived own interest, thus at times acting towards other polities, as if there was anarchy between all entities. For analysis to be viable, this seems to be a very important aksiom to employ. In analysis of the political condition, we describe interdependency between political entities: individuals and groups in society, and agreements and understandings between societies. In anarchy interdendencies such as that of kinship may be vital, but also a source of vulnerability, since monopolization of violations and the deterrence it provides, is simply not there.
